Oz Radar is an app available for both iPhone and Android.

Other popular Android apps are The Weather Channel and Weather Bug.

All these apps are constantly being updated and improved and it's worth doing a careful comparison of what each offers before downloading. It is also worth noting that the functions available on one platform are not necessarily the same on another platform.
